Anna

Allen

ARLINGTON

The City of Arlington is a large suburb located west of Dallas. It has so much to offer for residents and iconic places to visit. CELINA

Celina is a "Small City, with a Big Vision." It is expected to become a big player in the North Texas metropolitan community. CARROLLTON

The City of Carrollton is located in the heart of the Dallas-Fort Worth area. It is home to award-winning public and private schools, and continues to be named one of the safest cities in Texas. CORINTH

The City of Corinth is a growing community just 20 miles north of downtown Dallas. It has low crime rates and a stable housing market. The city provides quality housing developments for residents to choose from. Denton

The City of Denton is vibrant and distinguished. It was awarded the No. 1 Best Small Town in America in 2012. This city has so much to offer, especially in the areas of arts and education. During the summer and fall seasons, Denton hosts a community market, featuring local farmers and artists, as well as live music, food trucks, and fun for the kids. CROSSROADS

The Town of Cross Roads has a country atmosphere and strives to maintain its "Old Town Texas" nature. Homes in Cross Roads have a minimum of a one acre net or larger lot size. The town holds a community market on Saturdays, where local vendors can sell merchandise and residents can enjoy the small town atmosphere. Cross Roads is in close proximity to Lake Lewisville and Lake Ray Roberts, where visitors can enjoy the beautiful views and surroundings.

FORNEY

The City of Forney prides itself on winning awards based on their safety, cost of living, and school district. It offers quick and easy access to Dallas, and has plenty of land to build and grow your business. Despite its significant growth, Forney can still be considered a small community, but has a lot to offer in the area of community events and recreation. Forney Community Park is a 170-acre place where families can come together and enjoy the trails, sporting areas, splash pad, and Spellman Amphitheater. FRISCO

City of Frisco The City of Frisco has received multiple accolades regarding growth, success, real-estate, safety, and family-friendliness. Frisco has been named one of the best cities for Texas families. Frisco is a relatively young city that is a great place to raise a family, with some of the lowest crime rates in the state. Frisco is home to several sporting facilities such as the Dr. Pepper Ballpark, Toyota Stadium, and The Star. Visit these places to see the Frisco Roughriders, FC Dallas, and the Dallas Cowboys. Enjoy a day of shopping and movies at Stonebriar Centre, have a picnic at Frisco Commons Park, or visit Frisco Square for unique dining, shopping, and entertainment.

GARLAND

The City of Garland has much to offer including affordable housing, diverse communities, and easy access to Downtown Dallas via interstates, bus, or DART. Garland is a school of choice district, meaning parents have the opportunity to choose the school their children will attend. GLENN HEIGHTS

The City of Glenn Heights is located about 20 miles south of Dallas and is not far from Joe Pool Lake and Lake Waxahachie. The city is served by both Red Oak ISD and Desoto ISD, and also houses a DART station for quick and easy transportation.

Several community events are offered throughout the year such as movies in the park and a Back to School Bash.

Glenn Heights is home to the famous Dallas HI HO Campground, where visitors can enjoy time in the outdoors away from their busy lives.

LEWISVILLE

The City of Lewisville is a residents enjoy a high quality of life, and booming opportunities for operating a business. It offers high-performing schools where they are committed to helping students thrive and become productive members of society.

Lewisville values nature and strives to enjoy and protect it. Lewisville Lake is a popular place for fishing, boating, canoeing, and kayaking. Another neat nature attraction in Lewisville is the Lewisville Lake Environmental Learning Area, where visitors can enjoy hiking, camping, birding, and picnicking.

LITTLE ELM

The Town of Little Elm is a community located west of Frisco, with more than 20 miles of shoreline along Lewisville Lake. There is plenty of lakeside fun for all ages with amenities such as the Splash Pad, Cottonwood Creek Marina, and Little Elm Park featuring an amphitheater, lakefront views, swimming, fishing, and several hiking trails.

MANSFIELD

The City of Mansfield has been recognized as best places to live, work, and play in the country. With quality housing, parks, and community events, this is a great place to raise a family. A variety of special events are held throughout the year, such as races for important causes, parades, concerts, and holiday festivals. MCKINNEY

The City of McKinney stands out with its beautiful tree-lines streets, diverse residential neighborhoods, outstanding educational opportunities, and robust business environment. In 2018, it was rated #8 Best Place for First-Time Home Buyers. Also, in 2014, it was named the #1 Best Place to Live in America. McKinney is home to its charming Historic Downtown, where visitors can enjoy shopping, dining, and family fun. The city also offers beautiful nature experiences through its community parks and the Heard Natural Science Museum and Wildlife Sanctuary.

MELISSA

The City of Melissa offers an atmosphere of small town living, but with big city amenities only minutes away. It is in a position for quality and managed growth, as home-builders see the potential the city has to offer.

Melissa is proud of its active , spirited community. It is home to an excellent school system, desiring life-long success for students. The city also offers recreational opportunities such as parks, a sporting facility, and a hiking and biking trail.

MIDLOTHIAN

The City of Midlothian is experiencing fast growth, but is also a very affordable place to live. Midlothian ISD is an excellent school district, and the city is also home to several college campuses such as Navarro College and a satellite campus of Tarleton State University.

Ovilla

The City of Ovilla is a small suburb located about 22 miles south of Dallas. It is primarily served by Red Oak ISD.

Ovilla has a great small-town feel, with local restaurants like Frank's Holy Smpke BBQ and Creamers Waffle Dogs, and well kept city parks.

Ovilla is also home to Ovilla Christian School, a K-12, faith-based school.

Plano

The City of Plano has been named one of the best run cities in America. It ranks as one of the best cities for retirement, families, and downtowns. In addition, it is known for technology growth, and houses the headquarters of over 25 American companies.

Plano also offers a wide variety of unique attractions such as The Shops at Legacy, Arbor Hills Nature Preserve, and the Interurban Railway Museum.

PROSPER

The Town of Prosper is committed to small town ideals and quality living for its residents. Prosper schools are ranked 9th in the DFW area. The town also offers various community parks with amenities such as hiking/biking trails, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, horse trails, sporting fields, playgrounds, and picnic areas. Throughout the year, several events are held to bring the community together.

RICHARDSON

THE COLONY

The Colony is an exciting place to live in the North Dallas area. There are a wide variety of recreational opportunities including golf, bowling, and community parks. The Colony offers 28 parks, including Hawaiian Falls Water Park, Kid's Colony, and Wheel Zone Bike & Skate Park. One of the newest attractions in The Colony is The Shacks Dining & Dog Park. This place is one-of-a-kind, offering great dining experiences and a spacious area for dogs to play.

With 23 shoreline miles of Lewisville Lake, The Colony is a fun and beautiful place to be.

WYLIE

The City of Wylie is a safe community with a hometown appeal. Wylie was named the 20th Best Place to Live in the Nation by Money Magazine in 2017. The city boasts over 700 acres of park land with multiple recreational opportunities.

Wylie has an excellent, sought-after school district. The city has big plans to open a Collin College campus by 2020. This is a well-rounded community to be enjoyed by all.

WAXAHACHIE

The city of Waxahachie offers a variety of residential options, an excellent education system, convenient shopping and dining, progressive medical care, and easy access to all the metropolitan amenities that the DFW Metroplex has to offer.

There are lots of fun things to do including shopping at the unique antique stores and boutiques, playing at one of the 18 city parks, or visiting the Ellis County Museum.
